The car was finished four days ahead of when promised. It was clean inside and out. The body work looks fantastic. The customer service was among the best I have ever received at any business.

Gerber is the only body shop I let work on my BMW's. Again, the job was done to perfection and completed when promised. Thanks Kurt! However what impressed me even more was the concern of the staff for an elderly customer who left their walking cane in their car. They phoned the customer and informed them that one of the staff would be arriving a their house shortly with their cane and their gloves. That is not just customer service, that is customer care. Thanks for all the great work you do but even more so for being great people. You have my business for life and my respect and admiration.

I was very satisfied with the work done on my 2010 Chevy Malibu. It was easy to find, all employees were helpful. (I have a handicap walking and one employee helped me to the door, it was very snowy and icy. Another helped me unload the car seat out of my car and one helped transfer it back to my car. ) Work was done in a timely fashion (even done a day earlier). The car was very clean when I picked it up and I got compliments on it, asking whether I got a new car. They have a rental agency right there (Enterprise) in which they had a rental for me to use. Gerber also kept me well informed as to how the work was progressing and when they anticipated the work to be completed. They also pushed to replace a part the insurance was not going to cover. The employees are all very friendly. I have mentioned Gerber Collision to many others and how ... great of an experience I had with your company. They did an excellent job at fixing the car. It drives perfect and paint match was right on. We were very happy with the quick turn around time and surprised that the car was even cleaned inside and out before it was returned to us. e would recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
