Absolutely awesome service from Scott and the crew at the Bath PA location. Dropped vehicle on them for out of pocket work without an appointment and they went out of their way to knock it out and get an inspection done as well. Awesome job folks. Annie, Scott and all involved are an awesome representation of what Gerber is trying to be... And outstanding, Customer centric organization! Well done!!!

I have never had service or attention from an auto body establishment until I dealt with the ladies at Gerber Collision. Awesome service. Got updates two times a week. Asked if I had a preference in the way I would be contacted. Phone call or text. Either worked, but just great people to work with. I have always had to follow up on my own with collision centers when my car took longer than expected. My car was finished a week early. Thanks for everything.

This is not the first time I have brought vehicles for service, I returned because of the great job done to my vehicles and the ease of dealing with the people at Gerber in particular, Karl and Kelley, they handle dealing with the insurance company and arranging the rental car to be waiting for me when I brought my vehicle for repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber to anyone looking for collision or window repairs. Again a be thank you to Gerber for having people like Karl and Kelley representing the company.

I can't say enough good things about the work I have received from Gerber Collision. They are quick, reasonably priced, and is the most honest business that I have dealt with in my lifetime. They were able to reduce my repair cost by 20 percent from the initial estimate and yet I would not have known the difference unless they freely admitted doing so.
