The staff was very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered and the repairs done in a timely manner. We appreciated the "thank you" note and the follow up phone call to ensure we were satisfied with the repair.

What an amazing experience this was. Dropped off the car last week , picked it up today and it looks better than the day I drove it off the dealers lot. From day one when I walked in the greetings that I got from the two wonderful ladies in the front to the staff that took my phone calls to get an update on the work all top notch professionals. I wouldn't want my car to be serviced anywhere else. I was at this location a couple of years back to get work done on my previous vehicle and even back then they were exceptional. Great work and a great experience over all five stars for me!!!

Communication was exceptional. The work on my Jeep Grand Cherokee that was done on my front door was very well done. The extra touches such as detailing the inside and outside was very appreciated.

There were several unexpected and unusual, unforseeable glitches but the people there handled them in a professional and agreeable manor. Things could have been very bad, but their superb solutions were first rate.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I walked in: rental car was there for me, dropped my car off, got a call, picked my car up, and off I went with a washed/waxed/ and perfectly repaired car. The service was so good, it felt like I got a hug from Grandma.

Please read my review dated 12/13/2014...Unfortunately, I had a second need to use Gerber Collision within a month's time...a deer ran into the side of the car. Everything was handled professionally just like the first time. Good communication, periodic updates...quality service. Work completed in 8 days....This is a first rate auto-collision repair service. You will not be disappointed.

Kate and Tiffany are great to work with and very responsive, and all work was completed in the estimated timeframe. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was because there was some confusion over payment. My company's insurance is Tokio Marine and they had provided an appraiser who was working with Gerber. My understanding was that there was a relationship between Tokio and Gerber, but when the car was complete I was told that the bill would need to be paid in full before the car was released. I then had to confirm that Tokio had paid my company and have my fleet administrator then pay Gerber, so I had to wait an extra day before I could pick up my vehicle. Any chance Tokio could be set up as a direct bill?

This is my second time using Gerber in Fogelsville and my experience was again fantastic. The two gals in the front office are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The repair to my bumper was flawless. I would absolutely use Gerber in Fogelsville again if I ever have another auto body need.
