In my driving years of about 48 years I've only needed a collision service a few times. But I believe working with you at Gerber and State Farm has been the easiest. Maybe my repair was minor compared to most but it was my truck which is important.Joe and Annie are both great to work with and know what there job is.Repairs were done in a timely manor and they did a great repair job. I'd like to thank all who were involed in this repeir. Thanks.

I think they very nice they told me when the part would be there and it was.there also said it would take an hour and that's what it took.and they did the job the next day which I was very grateful for so I didn't have to rent a car, good job.

Great job from start to finish! Gabe was great! The ladies in the office were extremly friendly and helpfull. Whoever detailed my truck deserves a big raise! The inside was a mess from the winter. Thank you very much, I feel bad for leaving it such a mess. I can't thank your whole team enough! I will definatly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs bodywork done! I'm so glad I didn't go back to " the other body shop" Thank all of your team once again for me.

They made my life easy, since the car was at college 100 miles away. They took care of me, my daughter, the car, the rental, the insurances, and they did it all with a smile. They were great to work with. Tiffany and Dave were my main people, but anyone else I talked to gladly helped me as much as they could.

I wish that everyone would treat others like Randy K. at the Allentown facility treated me. My nieces car was towed to your facility after an accident. Randy put in the extra effort to give me details on the damage. He was patience with the shipper I hired to move the car to my home. His communication skills put me at ease in a business that can be very stressful. I would recommend your facility in a heartbeat because of the way I was treated by Randy.

The service and workmanship were excellent. Kate and Tiffany were very friendly and helpful. I was updated weekly on the status of my minivan. My van was returned in perfect shape and spotless inside and out. Huge thanks to the team that worked behind the scene. My special thank went to Mike for his great estimate and graciously agreed to order a new roller for one of the sliding doors when I told him it didn't closed smoothly.

I recently had auto body work done at Gerber Collision in Fogelsville, PA and have to say that everyone there was very kind, thoughtful and very customer-service oriented... from the estimator to the customer service women at the desk.
