Service was excellent. Staff was extremely nice, easy to talk with. We were kept informed every step of the way. The text messages were appreciated, a good way to keep customers informed without having to make multiple phone calls. Car was done quickly, as promised. I would highly recommend Gerber to friends.

It didn't take long .. and I just can't say enough nice things about Annie the manager and Kelly the office girl ..not to mention the mechanics who fixed my car were top of the line!!!! I am very happy and please with the job that was done at your office. My car was promise to be fix by 9/27/2013 and it sure was fix by that date. I also want to let you know that Mr. Randy Kuntz was very nice and friendly not only that he has a nice personality. Mr Kuntz is a young man that likes to help people not only that he is a sucess to your company. Having a person like Mr. Kuntz in your company will bring lots of customers. Mr Kuntz really know how to work with customer not only that he made me feel very comfortable about the job that was done on my vehicle. Definetly I would recommend peoples to your company. I want to thank Mr. Randy Kunty for being so nice and professional to me. By the way they did a nice job at my car. In the future if I have another incident with my care I will be using Gerber Collision & Glass again.

Great job and Great service. They had my car done before the police report came out. Kelly was very good at communicating and they finished 2 weeks before their original estimated finish date. They vacuumed the car and washed it. It was cleaner when I got it back than when they got it. Very happy and satisfied.
