Superb quality and repair on my new Mercedes!! The work was impecable, the girls at the desk were wonderful...and the entire experience was flawless!! Liberty Mutual was great to work with too, and they handled the claim fast and fair!! My car was neat and clean when I got it back, and the job was completed very quickly. Great experience! Everyone at Gerber was great from the minute I walked in until I picked up the car service was wonderful. MIke did a great job with the estimation and follow up with me and the insurance company. The folks at the front desk followed up two times a week to keep me updated on progress. Car looks great and the customer service was great. Nice Job Gerber Team

Since finding Gabe and his team, I have kept returning to have work done on my BMW's as well as referring them to my friends. Not only are Gabe, Kate and Tiffany the best at what they do but they are wonderful, friendly people. I actually stop in at times just to say hello. All work done there exceeds my expectations. Always finished when promised and at a price that beats anyone else in the area, even those that do inferior work. As I am very meticulous with cars, it is important to get my car back as clean as it was when I took it in for work. They have never let me down. Don't even bother looking around when your car needs to be repaired, just take it to Gabe!

All the Gerber employees I had contact with were extremely friendly. The repair process was hassle free. Gerber kept me informed with all aspects of the repair process from towing the car, the rental car and the actual repair. I took the car for a weekend trip and had no problems. Unfortunately, I have had to have various repairs to various vehicles over the years. After being rear-ended on 2/14/12, my third call was to these folks to see when I could get my car in. I have used True to Form (now Gerber) for all of my repair needs. The entire staff, as always, was fantastic, and the workmanship...top-notch. They provided me with regular updates on the status of my car and had it done in the timeframe promised. I have in the past, and will continue, to reccommend these folks for collision repairs. Thank you so much to this team for all that they do !!!
