PA - 153 Pennsylvania 100, Fogelsville - 1/26/13
This was the 'best' part of what might have been a completely harrowing experience. I met with Gabe and immediately my decision to go with Gerber was correct. I loved getting pictures of my vehicle while it was in various states of repair. And to top it all off, my car was immaculately clean when I picked it up, outside AND inside (not exactly how I dropped it off). If the need should ever again arise, I will go back to Gerber. And the counter staff was professional and friendly, determined to make my retrieval of my auto easy, comfortable and relaxed- even waiting after official hours for my to arrive in a snow storm. My vote for best collision repair experience lies with Gerber! Thank you team, it was great.

Was pleased that they took care of towing, dealing with insurance co. an delivered the car back to me. Randy an all the staff very friendly. My car looks like it was never damaged (an boy was it ) runs better than befor accident. Thanks Joe

The women who work at the front desks were amazing! I had reservations going to a chain to for my repairs, but they made it feel like a family-owned business. They relaxed me immediately with their kindness and senses of humor. They worked hard to get me in the cheapest rental car as quickly as possible. Ruth was my contact beyond that. She was extremely professional and quick to respond, even during and after Hurricane Sandy. She was kind enough to ask the company to pay for my car rental for the days the shop was closed - something that was not necessary, but very generous and appreciated. There was a minor error in installation of one part - I brought it into the shop and was out of the door, with the error fixed, within five minutes. I was very pleased with the service i recieved. My car was processed quickly, efficiently, and done right the first time. The people at the shop were extreemly friendly and nice to work with. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever with my experience with Gerber Colision, and I will be sure to recomend your shop to anyone needing body repair.

I was very impressed with the personal care that everyone whom I had contact with a Gerber gave to me. Gabe provided me with a detailed walk-through of all of the services he provides and upon disassembling my vehicle before the repair he explained all the work that would be done to repair my vehicle and he allowed me to inspect my vehicle at that time. He then invited me back at any time to inspect his work throughout the process. I received regular emails updating me with the progress and the vehicle was completed 4 days ahead of schedule. Thank You--my vehicle looks great.

Eveyone at this location was very welcoming and informative about the services to my car. They booked my rental and it was there on time, with bare minimal wait time. My car was fixed in less than 2 days and they did an amazing job. The assistants in the front were very nice and welcoming. From the estimate with the insurance company until today 1-9-13 the process went very smoothly and I appreciated the minimal wait time because I'm a very busy person. car turned out very nice, excellent service from manager to tech, to office personal . Gabe and his team including tech George and Kate and Ruth are awesome to work with. They made sure everything was perfect. Very courteous through the whole repair. I can,t thank them enough.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. They were very accommodating when I needed access to my service van to get material. The workmanship was very good and the van was cleaned both inside and out. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service was excellent! The best part about my experirence was the store manager Randy remebered me from my first visit. This dates back to when the company was known as True to Form. All the staff were very customer friendly and very professional. I will continue to use Gerber for any collision repairs in the future because of the two great experiences I had thus far.
