I am writing this letter on behalf of my son Jacob Knospler. Your shop recently repaired his vehicle for him. It is my understand that your people went above and beyond in order repair of Jacobs vehicle. It is my understanding that those men working in your shop repaired portions of the vehicle that were not covered by insurance at their own expense. These actions are so selfless, thank you doesnt seem to be enough. Jacob is not the average person. I would like to give you a little background. Jacob is a retired Sergeant of the US Marine Corp. He was critically injured in the battle of Fallujah in 2004. He basically took a blast through his face resulting in severe disfigurement and a brain injury. He is still undergoing surgeries to repair the damage. needless to say he is lucky to be alive today. Jacobs life is not easy, his brain ... injury resulted in numerous anomalies that would not be an issue if taken alone, but when conjoined create chaos daily. He would not have been able to afford the repairs on his own. Customer service n the US has become an issue in all industries - to me it no longer existed, until recently that is. Your shop has changed my opinion on this subject. I would like to take this moment to let you know that your people should be held as an example to what customer service is. They went above and beyond the expected service. We need to let you know of this experience in hopes that you willr ecognize your group of employees as exceptional - I know that I do.
