This is just a quick note to notify you what a wonderful experience I had with Joe B. at the Portage, IN location. After my car had been stolen and then recovered, it was taken to Gerber for appraisal. Unfortunately I was unable to utilize Gerber's repair services as the vehicle was totaled, but Joe provided me with excellent advice regarding the insurance process that was instrumental in my reaching a satisfactory result with my insurance company. The customer service I was provided would definitely bring me back to Gerber. Thanks again,

Good Morning, Saturday, I picked up my older 2004 Dodge Stratus which had work done on the body: ALL I CAN SAY IS JOE Bortz THE MANAGER COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER TO DEAL WITH. FANTASTIC TO DEAL WITH!!!!! The body work on my older car was fantastic and looks like a new car, know rust prevails but the work was WOW!!!! AND TO ME NO ONE COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. LOOKED LIKE this branch of your company worked on my car like it was their own personal car. WITHOUT ANY HESITATION WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW FOR WORK ON THEIR CAR REALLY AM TOTALLY SATISFIED.!! Best Regards and Thank you

We were driving back from Minnesota to Michigan and our crash tape blew off the sunroof of our Jeep. The staff at Gerbers had us back on the road with a new tape job in less than 20 minutes thanks to Rick. Very professional and curtious. Thank you for all your help!

I hit a deer in the middle of the night and had trouble with my insurance getting the car towed to Gerber in Portage. I heard from Jen daily who selflessly called my insurance and helped get it towed. Joe was wonderful in keeping me informed of the damage and status of it being fixed. The service was great and my car looks wonderful and drives like it did before the accident. I would gladly recommend this company to my friends and family and would use them again if I were to need it.

I was involved in a one car accident in Indiana near to Chesterton. My insurance company provided me with the opportunity to take my vehicle to any repair shop. Due to the national ranking Gerber maintains as a very good repair facility, I choose your company. The repairs where do on time and when I picked up my car today, it looked and drove like it did prior to the accident. You probably get some complaints from time to time, but rarely hear the good news when your company does exemplary work. Your staff at the Portage, Ind shop went above and beyond normal duty in order to get my car back to me on time and "in new condition". Thank You!

I am so happy I choose Gerber Collision & Glass. I had 3 places the insurance suggested to me, and I choose Gerber. The front of the building was very nice, when I entered the office area, it was nice, and the people there were excellent. They were a big help, was able to get the work done before the weekend, and did an wonderful job. I would recommend Gerber to anyone I know. Thank you for such great service.

I actually had my car repaired at Gerber Collision in Chesterton, Indiana. 244 Melton Road. The staff was professional, helpful, and very friendly. I enjoyed the current updates on the progress of my car and they completed my car in less then the seven days they estimated. I would recommend this shop to all and would visit it again.

I recently purchased a 535I XDrive for my wife and the first soft touch car wash that I went to, I was hit from behind from someone who didn't realize his car was not in neutral. Minor damage to the BMW, but Gerber General Manager Joe B. was able to get me scheduled in within a day and out the next. The bumper was completely redone, and the outcome was outstanding. I was kept informed of every phase of the operation. Should I have the need for this type of service, I would undoubtedly go back to this shop. Outstanding service and the hours are incredibly accommodating.
