A1 service. Very professional. During the repair they kept in touch me with progress reports.Once I recieved the vehicle a thorough inspection was done.The estimator noticed that the body line between the cab and the bed were a little off.It was corrected immediately.Excellent work and service.

Gerber got me in right away. They were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a rental car. After I picked up my car the 1st time, I noticed that a part was loose under my car and there was some electrical issues. Gerber got me right back in and paid for my rental car while it was getting fixed.

Alisha was the first face that represented your company and she was always ready to help with insuring that my needs were met. She called and ordered a rental car for me Enterprise showed up and she alerted me that they were here. Alisha was always very friendly and personable on every encounter. Julie was always there also to inform me of any changes. Julie preformed to a much higher standard than what I was expecting also. She made what was a really bad situation not seem to be that terrible at all. I was also very impressed with her ability to understand my attention to detail. Julie was also very friendly and personable. Between the two of these ... great gals I would have no reservation of referring any friends, family or just letting people know what a great shop Gerber Collision has down in Pueblo West, Colorado. I always tell my employees that it does not matter what you do good, it is what you do great to ensure that a customer has a positive experience and Gerber hit this experience out of the park. I took my '02 Toyota Highlander in for warranty work from repairs that were originally done when the facility was owned by Cars Collision. As it turned out, the repair needed to the glass mechanism on the driver's door was not a result of ill performed repairs that were originally done, but was a result of a mechanical failure of a part that had been replaced. The General Manager(Michael Howard) not only had the door panel removed so that I could visually see the cause of the problem, but went above and beyond by locating a replacement part and having it reglued to the glass so it would work properly. All this was done at no charge to me. This action, taken by this facility, has made me a customer for life. Hopefully I will not be in need of your services in the near future, but if so, feel assured that the actions of the staff were ... commendible. I would also like to briefly acknowledge a member of your office staff who was very professional, helpful and greeted every customer who entered or called while I was there with a smile on her face and a smile in her voice. The staff at Gerber collision are great to work with from Lisa at the front desk and Jillie my person of contact and Mike the General Manager My Truck was Damaged during a hunting trip and I thought there was only body damage but upon further inspection as My vehicle was being repaired they found the frame had also been damaged,they kept me informed at every step of the repair. With the frame damaged they had to replace it since the vehicle was returned there has been no squeaks ,clanks, or Bangs the vehicle runs and looks great. I would recommend Gerber Collision to any one that need body work done .
