One year ago I took my car into Gerber Collision on Ice drive in Raleigh to repair my wheel well cover. They provided me with great service at that time and I went back to them this year with another issue. When I was driving my car there was a rattling noise that I could not pinpoint, so I took it back to them.They were very busy when I went to see them but they service manager helped me out anyways. He took my car back to the garage and came back 10 min later to tell me that my hood was loose. He fixed the hood and did not charge me anything. I would highly recommend Gerber Collusion for their great body work and customer service.

I brought my car in for an estimate for some collision damage and the assessor quickly determined that the damage was limited to a fender piece coming apart from clips and needed no other repair. He then took the car into the shop, removed the tail light to get at the clips, reset the fender piece and replaced the tail light. All took about 15 minutes and he did so free of charge. I liked the honesty and the extra care for customer satisfaction. Thank you

Frank was more than helpful. He made several phone calls for me and actually looked out for me when I had huge problems with car rental. The amount of phonecalls he made were way too much , so much that I felt bad for him and started to the phone calls myself! I wanted him to relax a bit because he told me how much work his store had. I never had anyone go this far for a customer. The updates were extremely helpful, they also finished TWO whole weeks ahead of time. I was getting sick of that rental car. I had hit a deer one morning just prior to leaving for an out-of-town trip. My car was drive-able so, as a previous customer, I immediately went to the Raleigh Ice Drive office and asked if they could take my car and repair it while I was gone. They were gracious enough to do so, even though their schedule was booked. They coordinated the repairs with the Cary location and completed my car shortly after I returned from my trip. This was so helpful to me, accommodating my schedule. The Cary location did a great job on the repairs. I was able to pick up my car just in time for the Thanksgiving Day holiday. Thanks you for sliding me into your busy schedules and making my car look brand new!

I had a great experience. The lower side panel on my Honda Fit came loose and I was prepared to pay to have it fixed. The General Manager, Brian, immediately took the car and Nestor reattached the panel within 15 minutes. He also reattached the front bumper, which had been loose for abou 2 years, all free of charge!! I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber.

I had an awesome experience with Gerber Collision! From start to finish, the service I received was great! Working a full time, busy schedule, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I could schedule an appointment online. After dropping my car off after hours the night before my appointment, I received a call on time, the next morning, given a fair price and paid over the phone so that could get back in my car the same day. When I went to pick up, I accidentally locked the keys inside the car. But thanks to Rob and Ray who were still working, they were able to help me break back into my car so I did not have to call a lock-smith. I had a series of unfortunate events in a quick month, ending with a deer jumping out in front of my car. The front left side of my Hyundai Accent was near totaled when it got to Gerber. Dealing with my insurance, rental service and towing company was about all the stress I could bear. However Gerber was understanding, resourceful and diligent in their services. I received updates multiple times a week within the exact two-week span they had my car. Two weeks may sound long, but not when it comes to all of the steps--assessing damage, ordering new parts, waiting for parts arrival and reassembly. At each step, I received an update. When I asked for physical copies of statements/documents, the staff emailed them to me within minutes. Gerber also realigned my car and gave it an exterior wash before pick-up. When I finally came to meet the ... multiple staff members I had interacted with electronically, they were even more warm in person! I had my keys brought to me, signed paperwork, paid my Insurance's deductible, and was escorted to my car (even had the door opened for me!) within a matter of 20 minutes tops. The thank-you packet I received with discounts and guarantee was also explained in full detail during this brief encounter. Excellent work, excellent people, excellent service. I brought my brand new, 3 week old Camry in after someone hit my bumper. And it looks like new, you can't tell that I was hit. The people are very knowledgeable and helpful, even got me a better rate on my rental. I would highly recommend this shop for body repair .... and have told my friends about what a great business Gerber is to work with. Brian, Susan and Gus are top people who spend time with you to make sure you are satisfied and kept up to date.
