We have used Gerber Collision in Raleigh (Ice Drive) several times over the years, and have ALWAYS received the BEST service. I'd like to recognize two employees who go beyond their basic job and provide service that is extremely competent, thorough, and helpful - Loretta and Davon. In addition, the waiting area is well stocked with coffee, teas, and snacks. This office truly offers GREAT customer service that is much appreciated!

I have worked with Gerber Collision and Glass two different times, and they are wonderful to work with. The first time was two years ago when I hit a deer, and my insurance company sent me to Gerber. They were able to repair my car, and it looked just like it did before the accident. (even better, actually!) When I hit a deer again this summer (believe it or not!) the outcome was not as good for my car, and the insurance company declared it a total loss. This is where Gerber really provided outstanding customer service. Loretta in the front office was absolutely invaluable to me as I went through the process of getting a second estimate, considering keeping the car as a salvage vehicle, and ultimately deciding that the safest thing for my family was to accept the insurance settlement and get a new car. I had many phone conversations with ... Loretta over a month's time, and she was so knowledgeable about the process and so compassionate that it really helped make difficult situation much easier. She also let me leave my car there for about a month while I decided what I was going to do. I hope I won't need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Gerber Collision and Glass on Ice Drive in Raleigh! read more

Good people. I went in for an estimate on some tree fall damage to my 2000 Ranger. They were courteous and listened, but even more impressive when they understood what I needed they met me where I was. I have to decide whether my truck has enough left to justify something more than a parking lot fix up, but if it does, or if we have an issue with one of our other 3 cars, I know where I am going. Integrity counts and we have lots of trees on our property. :-)
