The body work was exceptional. There were a few small mechanical and electrical issues (light and lock) they fixed immediately after it was brought to their attention. Would definitely recommend Gerber Collision to everyone we know.

I was really impressed with my service today. I had a fog lamp busted out from my bumper after a collision with some road debris. Brian looked at the damage and said all it was going to take was a replacement fog lamp assembly from the dealer. After I went and purchased the assembly, he installed the new lamp assembly at no charge while I waited. That's some great service!

Can you say WOW!!! What great customer service I received. I took my car in to Gerber for repair from an accident. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and how may I help you. Thank you Simon for walking me through everything making sure I understood what was going to be done. I wish to thank everyone for the quick turn around on my car. Thought it was going to be a week I got it back in 4 days and she looks amazing!! The guys did a great Job!! Thanks again everyone. A very satisfied customer. I would recommend to family and friends.

I brought my car in on Friday morning. They were just going to repair my bumper (I was rear ended) but since it had been repaired previously, decided to replace it. They had everything done for me in the same day including painting to match color. Very nice people, made sure I was comfortable with everything and were accommodating to my schedule.

Everyone at this location from start to finish was extremely nice to me! I was "not very nice" because I was mad at myself for having wrecked my van and having to go there and be without my car and regardless of my bad attitude they STILL were extremely nice the whole time! I'm so happy with the work! My van looks brand new! Better than before I wrecked it! Thank you soooo much to EVERYONE at Gerber on Ice Drive in Raleigh for ALL YOU DID for me! --- They even washed and vacuumed my car! So so so happy and pleased with everything and everyone! ..... By the way, I work at an auto repair shop and did not let them know this at all and I will definitely refer EVERY customer I have to them and hope their business prospers!!!!! I was in a car wreck a little over two weeks ago, and my insurance company referred me to Gerber. From the minute I walked in, I was made to feel at ease. I wasn't hurt, but I was shaken, and Lori was kind, thoughtful, and calm in walking me through the process. Then, during the time of my repair, Brian called me about every other day or whenever there was an update. He let me know where my car was in the process, when they were waiting on parts, and when it would be ready. When I picked it up ahead of the projected schedule, my car was repaired beautifully and looked better than it did before the wreck. Amazing job. My great customer experience wasn't just about fixing the car - that's body work. My experience was about repairing a wreck. That's about genuine customer care AND workmanship.
