The insurance company of the driver of the car who rear ended me sent me here for an estimate. The staff was very attentive, and the whole process took only a few minutes. I was wonderfully surprised when they returned my car to me freshly washed! The estimate was no more expensive than the Acura dealership. What a pleasant experience!

From the time I walked in to get an estimate and set up an appointment to bring my car in until I picked up my vehicle I was kept informed of how the repairs were going and when they were expected to be completed. When my car was ready to be picked up they let me know I could leave my rental car at the shop and they would arrange to return it. All of the staff I had contact with were professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. If I need body work in the future Gerber Collision and glass is where I will bring my car.

Brad did the best job I could have imagined. My car looks brand new and you can't even tell that it was ever in an accident. Brad worked so hard to get my car completed when I needed it and helped me out throughout the process. He kept me informed the entire time and was excellent. I will recommend everyone else here and to ask for Brad.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service, the repairs, the timeliness of the job, and the thoroughness. My car was shiny and clean when I picked it up and my headlights looked brand new. I would definitely recommend Gerber to friends and family.

I have been going to this location for many years -- when it was called CBWD's, then Tru-to- Form, and finally Gerber Collision. Their work is impeccable, and according to my adult son, they have the cleanest paint shop, and he had visited many other shops. This week I had an issue with my Honda after going over an unmarked "hump" in the road and discovered that something had come loose and was dragging on the ground as I drove. My first thought was Gerber since they had done some under the hood work for me previously. I didn't know what to expect when I arrived there since I didn't have an appointment. My car was assessed quickly and it seems that I lost some clips that held up the undercarriage. They quickly took my car into their shop, replaced the clips, and there was NO CHARGE -- not even accepting a tip!!! They are ... first-rate with me, and I always recommend their service. read more

The staff at my Gerber location were fantastic. They really listened to my scheduling needs and worked with me to meet all my goals. The car looks like new and was delivered to me exactly when I needed it. As a bonus, they worked with a local company on my behalf to get me a rental I could afford. Great service all the way around!

I had excellent service; my needs were met beyond anything I could have asked by the staff at Gerber Collision...My new car was totaled, and you might think that only a number for the settlement was what Gerber Collision would have provided; however, I received kindness and compassion and excellent service from all with whom I came in contact...Steve was my first impression, and he made a great impression on me in my great time of need and throughout my crisis...I could not have asked for better service in any way the entire time...I believe Johnathan is the articulate and skilled staff member who estimated the damage to my car...He was timely, very skilled, factual, and kind through my interactions with him, as well...When others like me are in a precarious and stressful situation, it is a great blessing to be treated with such ... compassion and to have one's needs met in such an excellent and caring manner...Steve too was kind enough to take care of getting some of my belongings out of the vehicle and to hold them for my son...Above that, he mailed me my tag to get it to me because my son was out of town and I needed my tag...I am reminded, as a Christian, that we all make up the body of Christ and we all make up the church...We are not in this alone, and we all need each other...I feel blessed to have met Steve and talked with Johnathan and to have been a customer of Gerber Collision...May each and everyone at Gerber Collision be blessed; for you are a blessing to those you serve...Sincerely, read more

Everyone at the shop is always so knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and willing to explain everything to my satisfaction. This is the third time we have used this shop, and I have told other people about them and how well I have been taken care of here. It is close to my home and very convenient to a rental car place. I really appreciated the attention to detail that went into repairing my vehicle. Dealing with insurance companies is no picnic and it is a relief to have Gerber deal with them, mostly behind the scenes, with frequent and honest updates.

Hello, I just wanted to let someone know that I had a great experience at your Ice Drive location in Raleigh, NC a couple of weeks ago. Exacty two weeks ago today I backed over a stump and then pulled forward. It wasn't good news for my bumper. I called Gerber Collision which by the way was referred to us by our Lexus dealership. I spoke to Brian, and he told me to bring it in. When I arrived there I walked in and Steve took care of me right away. He had Brandon come and take a look at my car. Within a few minutes my bumper was back in place. I just wanted to say "Thanks". I thought it was going to be time-consuming and expensive. I was completely wrong. Thanks!!!

My experience was excellent. Steve is professional and extremely helpful. He went the extra mile to make the repair easy for me! Brandon did a great job installing the part. Both deserve kudos and a RAISE! Hope I don't need their service again but will definitely go back if needed.
