From the moment I called, Loretta was so pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival, the waiting area is clean and comfortable with candy, tea and coffee. Enterprise picked me up immediately. Rebecca is knowledgeable and spot on with her estimate and delivery time. I love the text updates throughout the repair process. My car was delivered sooner than the promised time. Gus was so pleasant when I arrived to pick up my car. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend Gerber Collision. They are the best!

These days it is not often that you get high quality work and great customer service. Thanks to Andy and the team at gerber's Raleigh location, they did great quality work and had my car ready early. I have been going to this location for years, when it was owned by the previous owner and the one before that. I highly recommend gerber collision and glass! I would give them six stars if I could. Got into my first accident in over 25 years. USAA sent my car to Gerber, and Frank took great care of me and my car. Frank knew how to coordinate service with USAA, third party vendors, and Enterprise smoothly. Frank explained the process, expectation for communicating progress, and towards the end kept me updated on a daily basis. I appreciated the care Frank and the Gerber team took, and always expressed concern for my well-being since it was a major accident.

They did an awesome job with the bodywork after I was sideswiped . I was impressed how great it looked . Frank kept me in the loop as to the progress and the car was actually finished the day before the estimated completion time. He then gave me some contact information for some "leak" seekers as I have had a leak that no one can figure out.
