Our Jeep looked great when we picked up from Gerber! The body work was excellent and the car was clean and vacuumed. It looked like a new car! It was easy to make an appointment and the car was done when promised. The coordination between our insurance company and Gerber was seamless. We would highly recommend Gerber for any car repair! We have worked with Gerber in the past and have always been pleased with their service. This was our first time at the Redmond location and things went extremely smoothly, just as we have experienced at other locations in the past..

I've never been to an auto body shop that kept their customers informed as well as Gerber. Not only did I get emails indicating when my car would be ready but they actually called me to give me a verbal update. They completed the work on time, at the quoted cost, and left my vehicle washed and vacuumed! Stellar customer service!!

I was extremely satisfied with Sean G. of the Redmond Location. He took the time necessary to make sure that our vehicle was repaired correctly, and he was very good at communicating with us. In the end, the repair was outstanding, and looked like a new vehicle. It is that type of customer service that really made the whole experience shine. One is easily able to tell that Sean takes pride in the final product and goes out of his way to make the customer service experience a good one. In this case, the Redmond location of Gerber is the beneficiary of his professionalism, and such actions make Gerber in Redmond the go-to shop when you need repairs.

After a tire decided to explode going @ 70mph, the rear fender on my Chinook camper van was damaged fairly severely. The team at the Redmond branch were relatively quick and kept me up to date nearly every day. Jerry was very polite and professional. The repairs were somewhat challenging with recreating the assorted stripping of the van. I am a bit of a stickler on body work having done a lot of it in my time and I will say that they did an impressive job. The paint matched as good as possible on a 1988 van with no hint of any prior damage. Good job team Gerber!
