Tyler took care of me. Have a 2006 Z06 Corvette. Car is in excellent condition. The left rear facia got pushed in far enough to tear the fastners in the left rear fender (parking lot). Tyler took exceptional care of the car while his technitions carefully repaired the panels. I got to view the car as it progressed through the repair steps and was thrilled with the car that was taken. Communication was excellent, including the entire staff. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT BODY SHOP.

My first collision repair in my life, at nearly 50, I dreaded doing this through my insurance. It became an easy, extraordinary simple event. Your office is extremely professional and efficient. Gerber handled everything. I remember arriving the morning to pickup my truck. Walking right up to it and inspecting the repairs. I could not tell that anything had been wrong. I eyed the panel with the reflection of the sun on it, flawless! The tailgate opened and shut smoothly. Wow as I smiled. The paint matched. I put my finger over what was the damaged area - smooth. I had to ask if they replaced the panel with a new one - Nope. I wanted it repaired instead of being replaced. It was as good as a new panel. Right ON! incredible work - Thanks

I was very impressed with the customer service I received from everyone I came in contact with at Gerber Collision. It has been years since I've had to deal with an insurance claim and my first thought was that it will be lengthy and painful. Much to my surprise Gerber dealt directly with the insurance complany as well as arranging a rental car while my car was being repaired. The process was quick and painless. I even got my car back quicker than originally anticipated which has really nice.

I recently took my car into the Gerber Collision in Renton, WA after being rear ended. I was very impressed with the service. Kami did my estimate and scheduled my service. My car was repaired faster than estimated, I was called about repairing additional damage and Kami knew who I was every time I walked in the door. In addition to all of that, when I got in my car to leave they had vacuumed it out as well. I have been extremely busy with work and taking care of my mother lately so needless to say, my car has been more than a bit neglected. Although it was a small touch, it was a really nice surprise and just made my day. I would absolutely recommend using them and will return in the future, if need be.

Perfectly executed collision repair with perfect alignment, paint, detailing results exactly as scheduled and on time. I couldn't recommend this staff more highly. Repairs are as needed and with a smile at all times. They go out of their way to make dealing with them exceptional including arranging rental car coordination.
