I had great customer service. Jimmy was on point every step of the way. His greeting was friendly and knowledgable. Gerber set up a car rental for me and picked me up on site. I had great customer service, Ron did A GREAT JOB giving me an estimate and told me everything with no hidden fee or traps, Jimmy followed up with me as well on email and broke it down in terms anyone would be able to understand. the results were great and my car was cleaner then before, great job on body work, my dad has came here before in the past and loved it and i will come back, lastly i liked the washing on the cash i got at the end and they asked if i wanted it re washed, Ron and jimmy are great

Ronald Dugdale was my coordinator for my collision and glass repair. Ron was an excellent representative for Gerber as he coordinated a very last minute car rental for me (10 minutes notice to Ron that I needed a rental at 5:15 p.m. so I would not have to come back the next day to drop off my car). Ron also kept me informed of my car's progress and time that it would be completed. Most importantly, Ron was patient and kind with me and went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. He also coordinated with the rental company so I would not have to drop off my car on a Friday evening. Thank you Ron for your excellent service.

My car had front left bumper damage from being hit by another party. Jimmy La was fabulous. Our car was done in less than 24 hours. He made sure to get our car in right away since we had to get a rental. By him getting our car done quickly we saved a lot of money plus we got back $60 since we could turn in our rental so early.

Wonderful job. The next morning I was stopped in a parking lot & a man passing by asked me what kind of car I was driving. After I told him, he asked 2013 or 2014? I told him no, 2011! That's how good the car looked. It was also detailed beautifully. They even found a graduation card from my daughter's graduation last year. It still had the money inside (cash)! I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Renton, WA.
