From when I step in to when I pulled out the crew at Gerber made me feel welcomed and treated me extraordinary service. They gave me a through explanation of the estimation and time it would take to fix the damaged. While my vehicle was in process of being repaired I received messages day after day identifying how my car was coming along. Finally the text came saying my car is ready for pick up and they will call to let me know. The day I went in to pick it up I was once again greeted with smiles all around. They graciously took me to my automobile and showed me the fruits of their labor. The moment of truth arrives and BAM! my vehicle looks like I got it fresh out of the dealership. If anything happens to my car again (hopefully not) I am 100% positive I will be back to receive this amazing service again.

Thank you for taking such care with my son's car. You made a horrible time in his life bearable. After being hit by a gas tanker while parked the drivers insurance company refused to offer any help in getting his car repaired or getting him a car while his was in repair. I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. Frank the general manager was attentive, polite and took my concerns very seriously. Ronnie at the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful. I hope to never need a collision shop or glass repair ever again but if I do, I know exactly where to take it. Thank you guys very much.
