I've had my car repaired a couple times by Gerber-Roswell and have always appreciated their work and professionalism. Today, I stopped in with our daughter's vehicle, because the driver door was rubbing very slightly against the fender. When Amanda came to take a look at it, she asked if she could have my keys to drive it back to the garage; I thought she was just going to have someone assess the situation. Less than 10 minutes later, she came back with the car - repaired! When I asked how much I owed, she wouldn't let me pay for the service (I hope that doesn't create a problem for her - believe me, she just created a major spokesperson for your company!). I am very impressed with the results! I did expect such an amazing color-match, WOW! I have seen many poorly matched bumper repairs, but you guys did a great job. I even noticed the car got cleaned before I picked it up. That's a nice touch that I really appreciated. Thank you guys for providing a quick and friendly experience! I was impressed with the turn around time it took between dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Communications on status were frequent and appreciated. Everyone I spoke to at the location (including Tracey, Ashley and Michael) were extremely professional an pleasant to interact with.

I choose Gerber due the number of the reviews in the internet. My car was damage on the front and I met Ashley when I arrived. She was very cordial, listened me and also kept me informed almost in daily basis all steps of the process (This is very rare in the market...). I was very impressed by the professionalism of Gerber team. I received estimate very fast and the approval for the service was also fast so two days after they schedule me to drop the car to start the repairs. I received my car about 6 days before the estimate. The service was outstanding as well as the cordiality and professionalism of Gerber team. Definitely I would refer Gerber to anyone. Now I understand why Gerber has so good reviews from so many people in independent sites in the internet. I am also another impressed satisfied customer.

I was t-boned New Year's Eve by a distracted driver, and I took my car to Gerber Collision for repair. The service was excellent, the repair is perfect, and they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make me comfortable, keep me informed, and ensure I'm satisfied with the outcome. I hope I'm never in another accident, but if I am I'll choose Gerber Collision to repair my vehicle!

I had the best experience with car repair at Gerber Collision with Mike and Ashley! They were both very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Mike patiently went over every detail of repairs to be made and blemishes already on my car that were not due to the accident. He followed up with a report later in the week exactly like he said he would and made understanding the process very simple. Ashley was also thorough in letting me know what to expect through the process and when my car was ready to pick up. Her help was great in letting me arrange a smooth schedule in picking up my car and returning the rental. When comparing the service, quality, and employees at Gerber with other companies I was truly impressed!
