I was very impressed with Gerber from my very first phone call. Ashley was very friendly. I was able to email my estimate and she promptly returned my email and set up my appointment. While my car was in the shop, Mike kept me informed on the status. Gerber even made all of the rental car arrangements, so this process was as easy as it could possibly be.
