If I could give the Ruskin site 100 stars...they would Get them from me. Customer service is 2nd to none. Quality of work!!!!also 2nd to none!!!i have used this particular company and location 3 times. Each time was better than the time before. I at Sunday dinner with my family telling them about the service I received. One of my family members just used the And mirrored my comments. I triple recommend them!!!

If I could give 10 stars this is what I would give Gerber Collision. From the time we walked in the office, received estimate of damages, to date of repair, returned left car for repairs, received updates regularly of status of parts, until a text stating to pick up car was OUTSTANDING. this was a very easy process and professional from start to finish with Chris. The front desk lady was very pleasant to speak with and very kind. I had a great experience with this awesome business and can't wait to refer my friends to then if anyone need collision or glass repairs. Thanks so much for your standard of excellence in customer service and repairs. Your repair team knows exactly what they are doing. You cannot tell the car was hit to the rear. Again, thanks so much.

Not only did they do a beautiful job, Betsy, Mario, and all were a pleasure to work with. Parts were difficult to get and my insurance company slowed down the process, they were a supportive allies and were in constant contact. This made the process far less stressful. They treated me like family.

Our experience was beyond incredible. We had an unfortunate incident rather recently which gave us a recent comparative. Same vehicle, same insurance. A deer had hit our car. The professionalism, the courtesy, the consistent information noting the progress of our second incident was so assuring with Gerber. None of this could even compare with our first incident. Without question, Gerber in Ruskin, Fl is an outstanding auto repair company. We would unquestionably recommend them for service.

The efficiency in getting all aspects of my care repaired was amazing. Although my repair was not a major job , they treated as such. Great customer service from all. A side note: I haven't driven my car often since I picked it up. I noticed that there was a piece of tape underneath the car. I wasn't sure if was there from GC or I picked it up driving that day. Since I knew once I got down on the ground I would never get back up, I stopped at GC. He came out, very friendly and helpful and got on his knees and tore the tape off for me. So grateful. Customer service, no matter what. Thank you Gerber Collision for making that part of my day easy. Carlson B was one who helped from start to finish.
