Today I met Samantha M. and Robert D. Samantha took my order and then got back to making a lot of efficient calls to customers & insurance carriers. Robert Drain saw my problem as a 5-minute issue and volunteered to have my bumper bent back for free. I cannot tell you how impressive he was and how professional. I will tell my friends and I will be back. It only took 5 minutes but it was sooooo appreciated.

The service was excellent! Ron and his Staff were amazing and very friendly. My car came out of the shop like it was brand new. I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone and everyone. Hi Vincent, Just fyi, Scott and Samantha are really on the ball in your Ruskin shop. Just wanted to pass along some good words bcse we tend only to hear about the negative. Our 52 yr member doesn’t have collision and I assisted her in getting her vehicle to our stars shop. They are very interested in helping our member who is 87 years old. As Scott put it, I’m treating her like my own grandmother “. They are going to check her brakes and look for her necklace as requested. They have held our member’s hand throughout this process.
