I would like to share my experience with Gerber Collision in Sanford. From the very first communication with Sybil I was impressed with the level of service! All communication was timely and my concerns were addressed. They meant all deadlines and exceeded my expectations! From the front desk receptionist to the manager and both area marketing managers, they did an excellent job. I would recommend this location to anybody who wants their vehicle repaired by professionals who care and treat your vehicle like it is their vehicle. Great job, Steve and Sybil and everybody at Gerber in Sanford!!!

I had the pleassure (yes, pleasure!) of visiting Gerber Collison & Glass in Sanford today to get a repair estimate on my car. Tire Kingdom, where I get my car serviced, recommend them to me - and I'm so glad they did! John R, the general manager, assisted me and was very polite and professional and handled my request promptly. This facility was very clean and the waiting room was comfortable. The receptionist (unfortunately, I cannot remember her name) was very professional and polite as well and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and offered me a refreshment. Fortunately, my repair was minor and John took care of it immediately with no cost which I grately appreciated. I was very impressed with this facility and will certainly go back should the need arise. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing body ... work. I saw a car they had just completed the repairs on and it looked as though it had just come off the showroom floor. It was beautiful. A great testament to their quality of work. Very fast service. Had an accident Saturday which damaged the windshield, bumper, fog light and such. Got car towed to them on the following Monday and have the car back Friday in the same week. They were kind and did a great job. I'm very satisfied.

It's my pleasure and privilege to say how very much I appreciate Mr. John R. and his staff in Sanford, Florida. On July 30, 2014, my new car was damaged and had to be towed to the Sanford shop. Mr. R. then arranged for it to be taken to the dealership, and for the next three weeks he worked tirelessly with the dealer to replace the engine, plus other damages. His persistence in contacting my insurance company (which was threatening to deny my claim) and his clarification of how the accident happened turned the insurance company around and they agreed to cover the claim. The level of his service and assistance during this very trying time was so far above and beyond what the average company would have done. I am so grateful and blessed to have been associated with Mr. R., and I am telling every single person I know about the extraordinary ... nature of this service. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and took their time to explain exactly what was wrong with the car. They even helped me by giving advise for how to fix previous botched work by another mechanic. When I picked up my car it looked better than ever. I had a "Monte Carlo" logo that needed put on and they hand painted it when they could not find a match to the other side then took off and re-did the other side which was not affected by the accident.

John and your team worked extra hard and was able to return my truck a day earlier than estimated so we could have it for our trip out of town over Memorial Day weekend. Very friendly and professional staff. The manager, John, proved to be very knowledgeable and kept his promise. Looking at the car now, you'd never know it had a dent and they gave my car a superb cleaning to boot! Highly recommend them.

Patrick and Robin made my repair experience so easy and stress free. Their service was amazing. They worked directly with my insurance carrier, assisted with my car rental and even emailed me a daily status of my vehicle. There was never a moment I didn't know what was going on and they reached out to me, not the other way around. They worked around MY schedule and handled everything! Couldn't have asked for more.
