Having been hesitant at first to use Gerber due to their Geico affiliation, I was very impressed with their whole operation. They make the repair process very easy on the customer. Just spoke with Sean B., General Manager. What a wonderful young man. He has ordered OEM parts, assured me that their work on my Lexus will be whole and safe. His goal is to repair my car and make it whole regardless of what GEICO says. He assured me that he and his team approach each repair in the most safe way and that the repair and safety of my car is their goal. He could not have been any nicer and reassuring.
