The staff was so helpful even offered to take me home when I left my car which they did not have to do, but so nice they offered. Keep up the good work.

My car was in a minor accident that did a lot of damage in February, 2018 and I cannot say strongly enough how delightful it was to work with Mike and Michele at Gerber Collision in Sebastian. Mike and Michele kept me updated the whole time the work was going on, and made sure I had all the information I needed about the car, the work, the cost and the insurance process. Mike could not have been nicer and more reassuring throughout the process, which was complicated and took over a month to complete. The car looked terrific when it was finished - you'd never know anything had happened.But here's what I really loved about Gerber in Sebastian - the customer service. Mike and Michele went out of their way to make sure the process was as easy on me as possible. Specifically, they let me drop of my rental car at the body shop, so I did not ... have have to find someone to get me to and from the shop, and Michele took care of returning it herself. Michele called the rental agency to make sure there would be no problem and everything was in order first. On top of that, she noticed that I had left an important parking hangtag in the rental car. She not only retrieved from the rental, but she went above and beyond and dropped it at my house as I had no time to get back to the body shop before I headed out for a 2 hour drive to my job where I needed the hangtag. Now THAT is customer service! After getting my car back, I noticed that my rear taillight needed a new bulb due to the accident, and they were completely accommodating in getting that fixed quickly and easily. They spent some time chatting with me as if I were a friend, not just another customer they needed to get through the process so they could get on with business. Here's the last thing about being at Mike and Michele's body shop that makes it different from anywhere else I've been for car work. It is impeccably clean! It is neat, it is orderly, there are refreshments, the bathroom is sparkling clean. These are people who care about their work and their place of business. Gerber Collision in Sebastian has completely won my business due to their quality work and impeccable customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied.
