The process was friendly and professional. When I went to Gerber I was greeted and didn't even have to wait. Robert assessed the damage on my vehicle, then printed an estimate for the repair. Safeco Insurance got back to me in a timely manner approving the cost for repair. Randy at Gerber communicated and also helped as well. The whole process took a week, but at Gerber the car was dropped off in the morning then fixed and done by the end of the following day. Thanks Gerber for getting me in and out.

I was very satisfied with my experience at your Spokane shop. They did a great job repairing my truck and it was done by the time they promised. I especially appreciated how they communicated with me; Randy called a couple of times to give me status reports and let me know how they were coming along with the repair. You don't see that very often! All in all they were very easy to work with and did quality work...what more can you ask for.
