Tina has been wonderful helping me through this whole ordeal with getting my truck repaired, flawlessly handling the insurance agency and coordinating mechanical repairs at the same time. Cody has a good heart and listens to your worries and concerns while taking them to heart to make sure you are taken care off. Cody has been very communicative with me about the progress of the repairs. The mechanic that preformed the work has done a beautiful job with the repairs where it looks more then just brand new again. After the repairs were done Gerber washed inside the truck and outside the truck and I could not of chosen anywhere by here and I will always return here for any repairs and this team will always be recommended by me to anyone. Safeco has been nothing but unhelpful towards me with getting my truck repaired and then decided to give ... me a rear wheel drive muscle car in the middle of winter instead of anything remotely comparable to my 4WD truck that their driver caused the accident and wrecked in the first place. If I ever thought about switching insurances Safeco would NOT be any choice I would make or recommend. read more

I love everything about this store. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. My estimator Tom was amazing. Keeping me updated 2× a week was very friendly and made me feel less stressed about my car. The receptionist was very professional and answers all my questions I had. They did everything to give me the best costumer service. I will definitely recommend this location for all of your repairs for your car. I felt my car was taken good care off.

I literally was impressed with Gerber Collision & Glass. They were right on target, they coordinated my rental car, and they did an excellent job. Finally, I actually dealt with a professional entity. If I could give them six star's they'd get it. Instead they get the max "5".

They provided quality service and had my best interest at heart the whole time. Overall I had a great experience working with Gerber Collision. They did a great job of staying in constant communication with me about my car. Krystyna, Zak did a great job of paying attention to the small details and treating my car like her own. Again they did a great job of repairing the damage and made sure the car was done and cleaned before the deadline by 4 days. Overall just a great experience and great workers.

I live in Coeur d'Alene, ID so I took my Honda CRV to the Gerber's near my home. They were 2 weeks before they could even look at it. Fortunately they are a national company and said that they could call the other Gerber's in Spokane, WA to see if they could fit me in sooner. One day later I get a call from Michael from the Spokane Gerber's and he had it in for evaluation and getting all the parts needed for the repair. Michael called me every Tuesday and Thursday with an update. When my car was ready Michael drove my car to my home. My little Honda looked brand new! However it had a slight shutter at slow speed. Without any hesitation Michael took it back and resolved the issue. The battery needed replaced from the impact, but some software codes needed reset. Upon receiving my car back it looks and drive great. Michael and Gerber's was ... great. I hope to never need auto body work on a car again, but if I do, Gerber's is the only choice.
