I had a flat tire and Gerber was the first place I could pull off the road. When Patrick saw me loosening the lug nuts he came over and changed the tire for me. I told him my husband was on the way but he changed the tire anyway. He showed concern for my well being by telling me to get my tire fixed soon because the spare was not met to be use except for short distances. If I ever need the services provided be Gerber Collision & Glass they will be my first choice because of the kindness shown by Patrick.

Robin- other than I never got my free breakfast you promised, YOU were amazing. I was barely in the door after our accident and you were on the phone trying to help me retrieve my wife's car from the wrecker company who refused to believe I was married 20 years to the owner of the car! Robert, YOU are a CREDIT to this shop, FRIENDLY, and conscientious in keeping us posted with progress updates. Dan, in order to provide the amazing quality of work YOU must be loved by your mechanics...they brought our ""ester" back to new again. To you ALL at Gerber- St. Augustine...I hope I NEVER EVER have to see you again...because of a crash!!! But I'd love to come back once a week just to razz on Robin and Robert... Y'ALL are AWESOME!!

I was a victim of a rear-end collision... Robin (the receptionist) Dan, Robert and all the staff were not only understanding of the time crunch I had with needing a rental to coordinate the repair.. but they rescheduled me after Enterprise had no car available...they fixed the car better than I expected, cleaned it beautifully and really made a bad experience a blessing in the end.
