Excellent Job on the body. Everybody that worked there was very courteous. My only complaint was that I was told my car would be ready and it wasn't. I work and I wasted time dropping of the rental car then found out my car wasn't ready. I had to reapply for a rental car. The girl in the office told me that she had gotten very busy and had meant to call and tell me that my car would not be ready. I surely would not have wasted my time running back and forward with the rental cars.

Everyone at this facility was professional. Robin helped me when the other insurance company could not find my contract that was issued by the other vehicles insurance company. The work was done when promised and seems to be first rate. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others. My back bumper was replaced, and you cannot see the difference between the new bumper and the old.

The work done on my 2004 Mustang exceeded my expectations! Ashley B., Robin and the management at this shop make an excellent customer service team. The technicians are obviously highly skilled but also perform their jobs with pride... I felt that they went well beyond what was required and they treated my 10 year old car like I do- with tender loving care!

Everything about Gerber was great. The estimate for the body work was accurate and the work was completed on schedule. Ashley B. kept me apprised of the progress. The car looks better than new. In addition, the car was detailed and scratches that were previously present are gone. Robin was very responsive. The overall service was very professional. Thank you so much!

The service, feedback and professionalism of all of the employees that we dealt with was outstanding. Our car was completed before the estimated time and was washed (almost detailed) when returned to us. The work was outstanding. We highly recommend this company and wish that more businesses cared about customer satisfaction like Gerber of St. Augustine does.

What a pleasure it was working with Robin, the intake processor and Ashley Browns! My accident was caused by another driver who had National General Insurance, and I took the damage assessment forms to Robin. She quickly scheduled an appointment for me to drop off my car. Then, Ashley Browns, who was the very pleasant, courteous and helpful estimator, walked me around the car and explained the damage in terms that I could understand. She scheduled the repair and my car was finished the time that was estimated. The front end of my car looked like new! I was extremely pleased with the helpfulness of Gerber staff at the St. Augustine Gerber Collision site. These two ladies went above and beyond their job duties and I will highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone I meet.

I was very impressed with Robert, the adjuster I worked with. He was attentive to all details of repairing my new Prius. Robin, at the front desk, was welcoming and had my information at the ready when I arrived. The repair work was prompt and outstanding. I could not tell the car had any damage to it. And they even detailed my pretty red Prius...it looked brand new again! Thanks so much to the outstanding staff at Gerber Collision.

Thanks for a job well done! On Tuesday morning I was promised it would be done by Friday, receive a call it was ready today. Wednesday 3/26/14 about 4pm .
