Stanwood Gerber went above and beyond. My VW was damaged 7 years ago. A different Gerber had done extensive repairs then. Now, July 2024, it had possibly developed a roof leak. Don kept it, did all kinds of checks including water testing with no charge to me. I couldn't be more grateful. I would recommend Gerber in Stanwood to everyone.

I would give 6 stars if I could. I cannot overstate the level of service that the team at Stanwood Gerber gave me. I had just bought a brand new Ford F-250 and damaged the bumper in a grocery store parking lot after only 6 weeks. They were very sympathetic to the situation, understood the disruption of having a vehicle in repair, and made the whole process the least stressful possible. I am most impressed with the transparency and frequency of updating me on the status of my repair. I received almost daily texts that outlined progress, even when the news wasn't the best (delayed shipping because of the manufacturer). A lot of companies would avoid conveying that type of difficult info, but great service is all about putting everything on the table and I really appreciated the open communication. I also appreciated that they told me I can ... drop my rental car off at the repair center (the rental company did not mention it) and it saved my wife and I from loading up the kids in 2 cars for a long ride to pick-up. They walked me through all the repairs, and I couldn't tell that there had even been an accident to begin with. Kudos to the team, and my sincere gratitude for everything they did. Don, the manager at Gerber, was very diligent with communicating to me the entire time my car was at his shop being repaired. If I had a question, he explained things very well and even pointed out other information to me for my benefit.

The crew at the Stanwood Gerber were outstanding in the areas of ensuring that communication was open and relevant, the customer service was above and beyond, and the overall quality of craftsmanship of the repair made it look like it just rolled off the assembly line. WOW way to knock it out of the park :) I'd give them 10 out of 10 for this type of service and appreciate the level of detail from the front office to the guys on the floor a big hearty THANKS !_!

Wonderful customer service... courteous & accommodating!!! Auto repair was done w/ great efficiency & workmanship within a very small turnover time. We were surprised that they even handled our rental return. What more, they kindly helped double-check & keep safe a personal belonging, accidentally left in the rental for us. Will definitely refer to them for any possible future auto repairs & likewise, recommend to others.

Could not be more pleased with the repair work done by Gerber Collision and Glass in Stanwood! After not hearing back from first estimate at a nearby body shop in almost two weeks, so glad I decided to go to Gerber to have my fender bender damage taken care of. Estimator Michele and Manager Don took total care of me and my family and most importantly my car! Had a preliminary estimate within an hour and able to get added to the schedule for the first of the next week. I also elected to have dings and scrapes on my back bumper from street parking down in Seattle the past 5 years taken care of as well as the necessary repair to front fender/bumper and so glad I did! Michele kept me posted with status updates via email and they were able to finish the project by the end of day, end of week! They did an outstanding job replacing the damaged ... fender and headlight and taking care of touching up and repainting both bumpers and blending into the rest of the body. Can't even tell it ever had a major boo boo and so nice to have all the nicks that I'd been living with erased and no longer an eyesore! If I ever have ANY need for body repair work down the road I will come directly to Gerber and see Michele and Don and I recommend everyone else do the same! You won't be disappointed!
