THEY NOT ONLY TREATED US AS FAMILY BUT DID THE UNEXPECTED BY DELEIVERING OUR CHRYSLER BACK TO US IN LESS TIME THAN WAS PROMISED AND IN LIKE NEW CONDITION! I ONLY HOPE THAT THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER NEED FOR THIER SERVICE, BUT SHORT OF THAT WE WOULD SURELY CALL ON THEM IN NEED. WE WILL ALSO RECCOMEND THIER SERVICE TO ANYONE WE FIND THAT COULD USE THEM!

WOW! I have never received such great service from a collision shop before in my life! Nicole at the front desk is such a gem. As soon as I arrived, she insured that I was well-fed and never anywhere near parched. Cold water and hot coffee are offered at the facility as well as popcorn and candies. As for the collision work; holy cow! My car didn't even look that nice new! I really want to give a special thanks to Peter Belans and his team for taking such good care of me. I have taken my car to Gerber both times after being rear-ended and both times it was meticulously maintained. Normally, I would never go out of my way to leave a review but jeez Louise I have never been more impressed in my life. Service was 5 Star. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. Brought car in Monday morning. Ready for pick up Thursday afternoon. It looked great. Car was cleaned inside and outside. They even washed off inside of doors. there was white sunscreen on driver side doors front and back. it is difficult to remove

The repair on my Ford was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. I was able to utilize the valet service where Gerber picked up my vehicle and dropped off the rental car. After the repairs were completed, my Ford was dropped off and Gerber picked up and returned the rental car for me. It was a very professional experience and I am very happy with the job Gerber Collision performed on my vehicle. Hopefully I won't need Gerber but I would not hesitate to use this company again. This is the second time I've had to have work done at Gerber and both appointments were handled quickly, professionally, and courteously. My car was returned impeccably cleaned, inside and out! This company has a standard for service that is absolutely impressive. I sincerely appreciate each Gerber employee I've had contact with, and how the company does business. A rarity!

I just wanna start by saying I've been to a few different auto/collision body shops including Maaco and none of them compare to Gerber Collision, I recently had my 14 Dodge serviced there and they waste no time, I dropped it off Monday and it was ready Thursday, and they are so thorough, they will have your car looking like a brand new car! I recommend everyone takes their car in to Gerber if they need any work done, I promise you won't be disappointed! 5 stars! If I could give more I would.

Gerber Collision was by far the best experience I could have had during a very difficult time after my accident. They initiated contact with me and made the entire process of having my car repaired so simple I couldn't believe it. They had all the information regarding my insurance coverage before I even got to their location. Each step was communicated clearly to me and they called me just to let me know the progress. Miraculously, the repaired my car in three days instead of the three weeks that I expected. The best part was picking up my car. It looked better than it did when I bought it brand new. They had cleaned my car inside and out and repaired every bit of the damage incurred.
