I just wanted to shout out what a great experience I had with my recent truck repair. My appraiser was awesome in explaining the process and planning out my pickups and drop offs. The associate at the desk was super friendly and even had Enterprise ready to pick me up within maybe 2 minutes of my drop off walk around. I was super thrilled that I could just leave the rental at the shop when I picked up my truck. That makes things a lot easier when you don't have anyone to give you a ride. Also, they had the repair done same day. Had I been able to get out of work earlier, I could have had my truck back for the drive home. I honestly chose Gerber for the free rental promotion since I don't have rental coverage on my insurance, but I'd come back, thought I hope I don't have to, just for the customer service. This is my first experience with Gerber Collision. The staff was courteous and explained the entire process. Evan called me the day after my Jeep was towed to the shop with an estimate of repairs and a completion date. Evan called me two times a week with updates for the three weeks my Jeep was there, and kept the repairs on schedule. When I picked up my car it looked brand new! They did a wonderful job inside and out. Evan was great to work with and I appreciated his professionalism and the fact that he kept me up to date. I never had to call to find out what was going on. I highly recommend Gerber and will definitely will be a return customer is the need arises! Thank you for a painless experience!

This is an awesome collision shop!! I can't say enough how nice they are! They kept update on my car with phone calls and e-mail!! My car looks brand new from them fixing it and really cleaning inside and out!! I cannot ask for better service and the people were professional, kind and making sure my car was taken care of!! I would always use them again! All I can say if you want friendly people and professional this is the place to go!! My car looks brand new and this year is 2009 on my car!! Car was extremely clean(including interior and engine compartment) when I picked it up. I think they detailed the car. Service person spent time with me and made sure everything was operating (lights,turn signals,washers etc) properly. Excellent fit and finish of the repaired parts, better than the way the vehicle came from the factory. Repair bill was easy to understand and very detailed. Excellent experience, would definitely recommend or go back (hopefully I will not need their service again) Office staff and receptionist were very friendly and efficient. Did not waste my time, were very well organized when I came to pick up my car.m Highly recommend this repair shop.
