When I entered Gerber collision this morning I was on the defense before I spoke to anyone as I have had bad experiences in the past with repair shops. I can say without reservation that my visit here has been exemplary. The store was clean, orderly and the team was in having a team meeting. The manager and the man working in the office were both very polite and informative, explaining the procedure of how and what they were doing with my jeep. I have scheduled the repairs to be next monday and am looking forward to seeing how the rest of my experience with this company works out. Thank you- LuAnne

A friend of mine from church had his car repaired several times at Gerber and when I had my mishap, he recommended I bring it to you. I was run into and this had to come out of my pocket. Des and the crew were very accomodating and efficient as they took me home and then delivered my car to me. They did quality work and only took 2 days. They are very professional and I would recommend them over and over. Thank you.

i came to gerber collision to get the things out of my car after finding out from my insurance company that my car was a total loss. i was soo stressed out over the possibility i might have to search for a new car. since my funds were low i didnt see that happening anytime soon. i met dennis and he took me out to the shop and showed my all the things that were in need of repair. he new i was upset about loosing the car and offered me some options on what i could do with the car. Ralph, one of the techs. in the shop, came over and talked to me and made me feel better about my car. i walked out of the shop feeling 100% better than when i walked in.. thanks gerber collision!

When I first came to Gerber I was really worried that my car wouldnt be the same. It was a new car and I had taken really good care of it. But when I arrived to pick up my car I was so surprised. The car looked amazing and like it did before the accident. The whole car was cleaned inside and out. Dennis who worked with me was very helpful and constantly gave me updates which was nice. I would definately come back here if I ever needed repairs again. Gerber helped restore my car back to original condition which is so amazing!
