The staff at Gerber were so nice and kind in helping me get my car fixed. Everyone from Virginia (receptionist) to Matthew (estimator) made my time at Gerber so easy. I had a minor accident and was without a car for a few days. It was such a comfort knowing that my car was getting 1st rate service. I appreciate all the calls and texts keeping me informed about the status of my car. My car looks brand new!! If I happen to be in another accident (no time soon I hope) I will definitely use Gerber. I will recommend them to my friends too. Thanks again!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of damaging my car in an accident however the guys at Gerber Collision (Rob, Rhett and Kyle) really took care of me and made the experience smooth and pain free. Rob really went out of his way to ensure that my car was repaired on time and to my liking and that all my questions were answered. I cannot speak highly enough of Rob and his crew. I highly recommend this body shop and will definitely use this shop again should the need arise in the future.

The work and the customer service were BOTH outstanding. Family-run business that hasn't forgotten about quality workmanship or caring for your neighbors. My car looks like it was never damaged, and they even found a part that another body shop said I couldn't get replaced. They helped me with logistics, as I live in another city, and kept me up-to-date with the progression of the repair. I will definitely recommend Gerber on Gilliam Ln to my friends and family!
