Great quality work. Top of the line product used. Constant communication every step of the way during repairs. Incredibly friendly staff. I will use them again for any future repairs, and definitely recommend them to anyone needing body or glass work! I only had the option of picking five stars, but they deserve way more! K.C. and his team made it almost a pleasure to have car repairs after a crash! K.C. was always kind, professional, sympathetic and informative throughout the three week process of repairing my Toyota Rav. It's not easy for me to give five stars, but your folks at the Tampa (9002 Adamo Dr, Tampa FL). First they were very responsive to my need to get my daughter's car in while she was away. They fit me in for an estimate when I waited almost a week for another body shop just to call me back (they did call me back the day I picked up my car from you). They did the estimate and completed the entire work in three business days!!! (I was anticipating a week.) And the car looks brand new! Kudos to John, I don't have his card or I would include his last name. It was so refreshing to actually work with a company that appreciated me as a customer!

I had the misfortune of some kind of animal getting into my vehicle. This critter caused great damage to the interior of my vehicle, and appeared to still be in there. My vehicle was towed to Gerber. Mike B. the General Manager there was exceptional. Of course they had never dealt with something like this before. He went above and beyond to make sure that this critter was not still in my vehicle. He even hired a trapper. Still unsure what it was, but it appears to be gone now. They did have my vehicle for quite sometime and Mike was great at keeping me up to date and assuring me that it had left the vehicle. I would diffently recommend your service to anyone in need of repairs. Great customer Service.
