I am a returning customer. Once again, the team was terrific. The online scheduling tool was very convenient. Justin, my Estimator, saw me quickly, prepared a fair quote for me, and walked me through it. I accepted the offer and they completed my repair before their scheduled deadline. Justin shared a few before/after photos as well, which I truly appreciated. Great work and excellent service and I will return (if I need service again) and am happy to highly recommend.

I have utilized Gerber several times, and have always been happy with the service. My most recent experience shows their commitment to both quality and customer satisfaction. I was quoted a price to repair a crease in the door of my 2012 VW. Upon picking up the vehicle my wife was a bit unhappy with the blending of the paint. They repainted the area and extended the paint area in order to blend the paint better. The job was done in an excellent manner. JEFF, who managed the repair kept me informed every couple of days. He did not argue with my my wife's disappointment , and agreed to do whatever was needed to make it right. To do it correctly involved more labor and supplies than initially quoted, and I was not charged any additional. Great work, great service, and I always trust 5heir evaluations.

I had a great experience with this repair. office staff very friendly and patient. they explained repair process. my car looked really nice when I went to pick it up. gerber was highly recommended and now I see why. I will use them again if needed.

That to me was the most important aspect of knowing they really cared and wanted to keep customer informed. My estimator Jennifer was honest, knowledgeable, and sent me regular updates while my car was being repaired. They did a great job replacing my rear bumper, they even repainted the bumper that was delivered because the color didn't match perfectly. I really appreciate the quality work, I will definitely come back to Gerber for future repairs, and I will recommend you guys as well. Thank you!
