was run off road and had damage to front right end of car. I was told about this repair shop by auto dealer so I brought it in for estimate. The shop is clean and the folks are friendly and flexible. They called me on the estimate the next day which seemed reasonable actually less than I thought so I decided to self pay. They texted me regularly on the status and finished the work ahead of schedule, The best part was they found one item on the estimate that was not needed and the cost was less than expected.. all the staff were good.

I've been to this body shop twice for minor issues. The first involved replacing a rear spoiler on a minivan. The work was done well, quickly, and on budget, so when another minor issue occurred, I returned to the same shop. A front spoiler had been damaged and the reconnected it with new fasteners, buffed out most of the damage, and refused payment. Really amazing. With 2 teenage drivers, I'm sure I'll be back!

Absolutely amazing work. Could not even tell my car had any damage or had even been hit. Everyone is extremely nice and caring. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They make sure everything is working properly before returning the vehicle to you. They keep you updated like they say they will. I abousletly love thier work.

Just picked my car up from the Old Lebanon Rd Location, and I Am So Very Pleased!!! My car is fixed!! It is clean inside and out(not the way they received it)!! The staff has been in contact with me every few days. Each interaction has been, professional, and they've all been so kind!!! I just can't say enough about how happy I am with both the work and the customer service!!!

Gerber Collision and Glass in Mt Juliet was fabulous to work with. From the 1st phone call to speak about having my car repaired to picking up my vehicle, Candi went out of her way to help me work with the insurance company responsible for the repairs. Gerber kept me up to date via calls/texts as to the progress every step of the way. Even though this isn't the closest Gerber location to my home, I will definitely work with this location again if the need arises. I will happily recommend Gerber to anyone needing assistance with collision and glass in the future.
