I took my car here as a result of an accident on the other person's insurance company. From the moment I stepped in at the consultation to the moment my car was ready to go -- the best customer service ever. Kent did a wonderful job explaining everything to me at all stages of the repair. He also went the extra mile (literally) by assisting me in the pick up of my car and returning the rental. It was very impressive. I highly recommend Gerber, and especially Kent, to anyone.

Estimator: Tommy was professional and knowledgeable about the repair process to my vehicle. He made me feel relieved when he said " I will take care of everything" and he did. Answered all my questions and even better he listened to my repair concerns. Office staff was a stellar cast. Friendly and great communication. This office made this process so easy and stress free for me. Enjoyed calling the office and asking for Linda by name. Felt my vehicle was in great hands. The end results was a beautifully repair vehicle. My husband said "it looks brand new". "I told him that's what happens when you deal with professionals. You get professional results."

Most excellent service from the ladies at the front desk to Brian H , the estimator. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. Arranging everything to do with my rental car was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this location and will definitely use them if needed again.

A HUGE thank you goes out to Scotty and staff for their kindness and compassion today. My friend is terminally ill from pancreatic cancer. His leased car was damaged and needed repair. Although it was covered by insurance, there was still a $500 deductible which he would've struggled to pay. Upon finding out his situation, they cancelled his insurance claim, did the repairs at no charge, and didn't even charge him for his rental car!!! I am BEYOND grateful and impressed! From what I understand, there wasn't a dry eye in the place when my friend left! Hats off, Guys. They don't make' em like you anymore!! "Thank you" doesn't quite cover it!!
