There was no insurance claim so I was not directed to Gerber by a Insurance company. I asked around at my community center if anyone knew of a good body shop in The Colony and Gerber was mentioned so I decided to check them out. I'm really glad I did. Even though I initially was only looking for an estimate, each staff member I met treated me seriously and answered all my questions. The estimator wanting to be sure of what he was seeing, called out one of the mechanics for confirmation of the damage. Seeing this interaction and the interactions with me addressing my concerns, I knew I was in the right place. Customer service and team work was very apparent. I decide to schedule have my car worked done at this location. Thank you The Colony Gerber.

The girls sitting desk were super friendly and we're just natural at there jobs as well as good conversationalist. Although it did take them two weeks to fix my car they did an amazing job, when I got in I felt like I was driving a new car and they did a good job on detailing the inside.

After experiencing some awful customer service with another local company regarding simply getting an estimate for a completely covered repair, I asked my coverage provider for another company and they recommended Gerber. From the moment I called Blake was an amazing help and reassured me that they would take great care of my car. What the other company stated would take them 7-10 business days to repair Blake made sure I got my car back in 48 hrs! He was very prompt in submitting the estimate and ensures that I was notified every step of the way regarding the progress of the job! Paul was a great help when I arrived to pick up my car, they took their time going through all of the paperwork and made sure that they answered any and all of my questions! I tell you what. I have only had to have collision repairs done on a vehicle one time in my life and (not mentioning any names), this place was HANDS DOWN night and day different than the other.
