Submitting this for my mom who doesn't have a computer. Mom has a 2000 Grand Marquis and the rear driver's side window needed a new regulator/motor as it was no longer working. Bob and Jean were terrific and ordered the part for her and had the job done in short order. They took great care of her in a very courteous and professional manner and as she is 88 years old, they were also very patient and understanding. Won't hesitate to recommend these folks to others.

When I selected Gerber Collision to perform the repair work on my car I had no previous experience or knowledge about this company. The first person I met there was Jean, the lady who took all my information about myself and my car. This lady knows her stuff! Jean is fast and very efficient. Bob H is the man who inspected my car and explained to me exactly what had to be repaired or replaced to restore my car to like new condition. Bob pointed out a few things that I did not even see until he showed them to me. I'm glad he did point those things out and it was my decision to go ahead and fix it right. The boys back in the shop did a great job too. When I inspected my car with Bob after the repairs everything looked great and I am well satisfied. Thanks to the Titusville Gerber Team.
