By far the best, most friendly, helpful people, I have ever had to deal with. Not only were they able to fix my truck way ahead of schedule. And help me get a rental car fast because of the insurance company dropping the ball. My truck looks as good as brand new. I was kept up to date with texts and phone calls on the progress of the repairs. Which made me very happy with the service I received. The awesome, kind, courteous, and professionalism of the staff was excellent. I would highly recommend everyone I know or that may ask me about car repair. Also i just want to give a big Thank You to all the wonderful people who work at Gerber in Bixby. yall made a horrible and stressful situation, a wonderful experience. I could not be more greatful. Got my car back when I was told had no problems except a bolt was rolling around in trunk door and there was a small leak by window was asked to keep an eye on it but other than that they are a very good company and they did a good job.

The team a team this location was great from start to finish. Communication is important and they were on top of it by letting me know when my truck would be ready. Jessica up front was the start and took care of me and made sure when I picked my truck all was great. The mgr came introduced himself as well as the adjuster. Was a great experience all together

The customer service was nice and friendly, and everyone who work there that i ran into was very nice and kind. Moreover, the work was done flawlessly. The part of the car where it got fixed looks brand new. Plus, they went above and beyond and fixed the other part of the car where it was not included in the estimate. I'm much grateful for their excellent service and workmanship! I highly recommend this autoshop to everyone
