I was in a small accident where there was damage to my front bumper. I had taken my car to the Gerber Collision center on south memorial drive in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Everyone from the front desk all the way up to the general manager himself was extremely friendly and helpful. Dropped my car off for what I thought would be a two day process, to my surprise I got my car back the same day and WOW did they do a great job! The repair work was flawless, matching the paint better than previous repair shops have, I also dropped my car off looking kind of dirty, when I got it back it looked the same as it did a few years ago driving it off the car lot for the first time. I have has this car for many years and it means so much to me, I am just so glad they took such good care of it. The text message system that they have is very efficient, along with ... the paper work process, they even called my rental car company to have the rental car on its way as soon as I walked in the door. Will defiantly bring my car back for any future repairs, as the customer services is second to none. read more

Tommie is awesome! Kept me up to date on everything! Super nice! The work they did was incredible! Fixed everything! All I can say is WOW! Will recommend them to everyone! I used to go there when they were desert rose! Quality is impeccable! Hopefully, won't be back, but if I have to this is the only place I will go to!!

So extremely happy with the work done on my car and the amazing customer service Jessica and Curtis had provided to me! I've never had an accident before, they walked me through the entire process and even helped me get my rental company to pick me up on time. They made the whole process so easy to go through. Picked up my car this afternoon. Looks great - like new! This was 4th time in 15 years that this car has been rear-ended, but the 1st time for Gerber to repair. We recently had Gerber do the repairs on an accident my husband had to front end. We are impressed with their work.
