All the work was done on time (actually a day early). The work was done very well from what I can see. It looks like a new car. Status updates were helpful. Communication was tremendous. Handling of rental car and insurance company communications was greatly appreciated.

This was our first experience with collision repair, and my husband and I were really pleased. The staff was very personable. They were thorough with the explanation of the repair that would be made, and when we picked up our car, thorough with what was done on our car and how to care for the repaired surface. We also like the update we received on our vehicle's repair and appreciated that our car was repaired in the estimated time which helped us go on with our daily lives without added stress. We can see why our insurance company, USAA, directed us to Gerber. Thank you. ***This was our experience in Valparaiso, IN. My first feedback was incorrectly for some place in Kentucky, I think. I was very pleased with the repair of my Honda Pilot. It didn't take as long as I thought and was completed 2 days before the date they originally gave me. Dan took the time to explain the whole process and the repairs and parts needed. He was friendly and professional. It went very smoothly, no surprises or delays. I loved the updates I received with text messaging from them. I felt informed and it was convenient. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
