What to say you're the man you're also very professional person. Down here in Youngstown on Mahoney Ave you took care of the car like it was a own the 1 st time. I'm too happy the way they took care of it there for the rear bumper repairs and not making sure the rear back up warning was on and you wasn't there at the Mahoney office. That's why I came up there in Warren because I know you were there and you took care of it from the second I got there to the last minute the job got done. Like I said your professional and made sure the job got done right. And everythkging look right plus the back up warning was working like it was your own vehicle. Thanks again

no one else could have took better care of car or done such a great job. "I just picked my vehicle up today , it needed front fender work from somebody hitting me in a parking lot. I took my car in for an estimate, they got me right in, and within a few days scheduled me an appointment to get the work done. Everyone there was very nice , Teddy was the woman at the front desk, and Bryan and Mike gave me the estimate and explained everything being done to the car. All very friendly, with great customer service! When I dropped it off they said they would sweep the car out before I got it back, thinking they would just do the floors in the front, well they went beyond, I can tell the windows, all the floors even the trunk was cleaned out!! I also liked the "Thank you coupon" for the paint glazing service, I will definitely be in to use that soon!"

I am writing about recent service received in your Warren location. The repairs appear to be as promised and they were completed early. What I was truly impressed by, however, was the level of customer service provided. In particular, Bryan Siegman was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive and provided almost daily updates as to the progress of repairs. The level of service provided was well beyond what I expected and certainly better than I have experienced in the past (from other companies, this was my first experience with Gerber).
