Gerber did a wonderful job with my vehicle. They made everything as smooth and easy on me as possible. I emailed my insurance quote to them and they set me up with an appointment based upon that information. I did not have to go in for a preliminary review of the damage. They took care of arranging for and returning my rental car, which was so nice and saved me time! They communicated with me about the progress of my vehicle while it was in the shop. I never had to wonder what was going on or check with them because they were on top of keeping me up to date. And most importantly, when I received the car back, I could not tell it had been damaged and repaired. The body work is flawless. I will definitely return to this shop if the need should arise again, and I would not hesitate to recommend a friend or family member to go there if I hear ... of anyone needing body work!
