Hello. My wife scraped our very new car across a telephone pole, that just up from nowhere! Anyway, our insurance company recommended Gerber Collision in Woodinville WA. So since we've had no experience with collision repair, we went there. First we called Mazda to find out what we should ask etc. They said to make sure that we were going to get genuine Mazda parts for our '5' which we got. The people are so nice, and they stayed in touch with us every 2 days, got the car done in just about 4 days or so, and it was all cleaned up and the inside vacuumed. what a treat, especially being that we carry hay, and dogs in the back of this Mazda 5 and so, it's very messy!! These guys did an amazing job replacing my bumper, battery, headlight and side panel after I had a minor accident. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to, they sent text messages to my phone indicating their progress, they arranged a rental vehicle for me, and did it all through the insurance. They even cleaned my car when it was time for me to pick it up, after I had spilled milk on the floor (which went sour) as a result of the accident. Getting everything fixed again was a completely hassle free and friendly process. I can't recommend them enough.

I received excellent professional service from both Allison Harget, Estimator and Joshua Stangle, General Manager. All my questions were anserwed and my repair was handled in a timely manner. Repair appears perfect. I also liked the integration of the email and text progress reports including the pictures. Interaction with my insurance company was seemless. I also appreciated my vehicle being cleaned. All in all I was very satisfied with the process and results.

Outstanding service!! would definitely recommend this shop. great customer service through and through. my repairs did take awhile but thats to be expected with as much damage as i had done. great finished product. great help with dealing with the insurance agency. nice job!!
