Ken and the folks at Gerber did a fantastic job taking care of us. There ended up being several more repairs than initially estimated, but they took care of contacting our insurance and making all the arrangements necessary. We got our car back quickly and it was squeaky clean, inside and out. Thanks for a job well done!

Could not expect better service. Everyone was patient, courteous and very professional. Was expecting to wait a week and was pleasantly surprised when we got the call 3 days later saying the job had been completed. And.. the work done looked perfect !

Outstanding service from Shaneel S. and the team at Gerber. We only need a minor repair to my daughter's car but Gerber made us feel important. Shaneel listened, walked me through the process start to finish, asked good questions and went above and beyond fixing not only a mirror but taking the time to replace the fuse to make both mirrors work properly. The car was ready on time and under estimate. Thank you again!

This is the second time in a year that I have used this location and they were great to work with. The first time I had hood damage from being egged while driving and this time someone backed into me in a parking lot. The staff were so helpful and informative that it made the whole process easier. They made arrangements for the rental car and kept me informed on how things were going with the repairs. I would refer this location to anyone!!

From start to finish the communication was excellent. I was kept informed almost daily via text on the progress. They dealt direct with the insurance company. All I had to do was drop off my vehicle at the appointed time and pick it up when it was ready. I would definitely use them again if needed.

They finished it much quicker than promised, the car was beautifully cleaned inside and out when it was returned to me and you would never be able to tell it was damaged! Kelley is amazing and I will definitely be coming back for all my needs!

The crew at the Stanwood Gerber were outstanding in the areas of ensuring that communication was open and relevant, the customer service was above and beyond, and the overall quality of craftsmanship of the repair made it look like it just rolled off the assembly line. WOW way to knock it out of the park :) I'd give them 10 out of 10 for this type of service and appreciate the level of detail from the front office to the guys on the floor a big hearty THANKS !_!

The initial inspection was easy and straightforward. We set a date, arranged for an enterprise rental, and it worked out the way the staff said it would. No surprises, good customer service each time I called, as well as face-to-face interactions. The vehicle was ready on time (one day early, actually), and the body collision repair is good as new. The one small "grow" occurred when I picked up the vehicle, and the windows/door locks did not work. I went back inside, told the tech, and he had it fixed in 10 minutes easy. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would bring my vehicles back to Gerber.
