Overall, I was pleased with the service at Gerber. Gordy, the estimator, came through with updates when he said he would. The hardest part was waiting the extra 3 days for the finishing touches. The best part was having the car delivered on the promised day because I wasn't able to get in during their working hours.

I portion of my front bumper became dislodge from the frame due to catching on a wheelstop. I had duct taped it together in fear of it flying off on the freeway. I brought it into the shop hoping for a quick fix and Gerber (Fred) did NOT disappoint. Like an Orthopeadic Surgeon, he popped my bumper back into place and sent me on my way. Thank you Fred for your help. Very much appreciated.

Special thanks goes out to Daryl for his professional handling of our concerns. Our Subaru was involved in an accident that damaged the rear quarter. The initial estimate was for $1700 fixed in three days. After the shop had the panel opened up, they realized it was going to cost three times as much and take an extra 10 days. Our initial reaction was not positive (to say the least). Daryl was able to walk us through the situation, explaining industry practices, and even showed us the actual damage to the vehicle. He was able to calm our concerns about price gouging. In the end, we are satisfied with the work and appreciative of the extra time invested. My only suggestion would be to be very clear about the potential for extra delays in giving the car back to the customer. Thanks.
