Both the customer service and the quality of the work done at Gerber were excellent. Both Stephanie and Monica were so helpful and patient, explaining to me what was happening during each phase of the process, from determining the extent of the damage to my car and the cost of the repair to finding the most cost effective replacement parts and estimating how long the repair would take. I could see that they were experienced and knew what they were doing, which set my mind at ease. I don't know who did the repair work, but they did a great job. My car looks better now than it did before the accident. When I picked up my car it was clean inside and out. The work that was done and the customer service I received at Gerber definitely exceeded my expectations.

I am extremely pleased with the way in which I was treated by the entire staff. Everyone was courteous and respectful at all times. My vehicle was returned to me at the exact time I was told. In fact, my jeep looks brand new. I appreciate all of the assistance.

Car was serviced within three hours instead of two days as anticipated. The office staff and technician were courteous and efficient. An asset to Gerber. It was also nice to have Enterprise, pick up service. Excellent!
